Inspired by the renowned Babylonstoren and traditional French potager gardens, our garden is a fusion of beauty and functionality.

Drawing inspiration from the iconic Babylonstoren garden in South Africa and the classic French potager, our garden and cuisine blend global influences such as Le Creuzette and Chateau de Bouges with local flavors. This approach allows us to offer a unique, diverse menu that changes with the seasons and showcases the best of what our garden has to offer.

At Elixir we practice the principals of blood sugar balancing, and promote the Mediterranean diet
